Often called "The Ultimate Team Sport", Artistic Swimming (formerly called Synchronized Swimming) requires strength, endurance, flexibility, musicality, grace, and teamwork.

The swimmers on the Rochester Dolphins work hard to develop their athleticism and artistry, and use those skills in local, regional, and national competition. The Dolphins has been competing for over 20 years.

 

The Rochester Dolphins Artistic Swim Team is a partnership between coaches, parents, and athletes and practice venues such as the Perinton Community Center. The goal of this partnership is to develop each swimmer's potential, both as athletes and as well-rounded individuals.

 

Having fun with teammates and forming life-long bonds is also an integral part of the Dolphins Experience!
