Advice for Dolphins:

Although synchro may be difficult at times and exhausting, the rewards are endless. In Synchronized Swimming, you will meet some of the greatest people, make friendships that will last a long time, and will have fun working together as a team. Remember to stretch everyday, even when you do not have synchro practice. Stretching, swimming routines over and over again, and practicing figures will help with your flexibility, endurance, and become a better synchronized swimmer overall.
